Portugal: Feel Group has opened Vertical Firmeza Coworking and Flats, a mixed-use development in Porto‘s city centre.
The 2,500 square metre project features with three floors of coworking space, 16 serviced apartments and a rooftop event space catering for up to 200 people.
Designed to meet the needs of entrepreneurs, startups and professionals, Vertical Coworking and Feel Porto accommodations offer “a collaborative environment that promotes productivity and the creation of networks”.
Vertical Coworking features modern work stations, high-speed internet, meeting rooms, lounge areas and 24/7 access. The open layout “encourages interaction and sharing of ideas, while community events and on-site managers facilitate connections”.
The Feel Porto accommodation offer 16 apartments of different types, fully equipped, with high-speed internet and “a vast network of partnerships available to provide the best experience in the city of Porto”.
The coworking space is the second in Porto to be opened by Feel Group.
Feel Group co-CEO Nuno Trigo said: “We are very proud of this new project that was thought and designed from the beginning for our ‘vertical hospitality’ model. The growth plan to reach 10 vertical spaces in Portugal and abroad is thus being fulfilled, and currently at the coworking level we already have two spaces in operation with more than 1,300 square metres. We will go in to 2024 with around 2,500 square metres with the opening of our third space in the biggest business hub in the city.”
