UK: Dorsett Hospitality International is opening its new aparthotel brand, Dao by Dorsett, in London this summer.
Located next to the Dorsett Hotel in West London, a five minute walk from Westfield London and White City, Dao will open its doors on June 1.
The aparthotel will offer 74 serviced apartments including studio, one-bed and two-bed options ranging from 23 square metres up to 46 square metres. Some rooms also have terraces.
All rooms have kitchens, space to work and a living area for relaxation. The aparthotel is also pet friendly.
The website explains the brand as an “antidote to the identikit, inflexible hotel formulas of the past.”
Planning permission for the serviced apartments was granted in 2017.
The Asia-based Dorsett Hospitality International has Dorsett Hotels, Silka Hotels, d.Collection and now the Dao by Dorsett aparthotel in its portfolio.
Since the group’s establishment in Hong Kong in January 2007, Dorsett Hospitality International has expanded with hotels across China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Continental Europe.
