US: Choice Hotels International’s first Everhome Suites has opened in Riverside, California, with a 98-key property.
The Everhome Suites Corona was developed by California-based Paladin Equity Capital and features studio, one and two-bed suites with fully equipped kitchens (with a full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and cookware), laundry facilities and fitness centre.
The extended stay hotel has the Homebase Market for snacks and drinks but for more substantial options there is a Starbucks and Habit Burger Grill next door.

This grand opening represents the first of many milestones to come for the brand, and as Everhome begins to take off around the country, we can’t wait for guests to experience our hotels, which are designed to be just as flexible as them, so they can maintain their routine when away from home for days, weeks, or longer.”

The Everhome brand represents the culmination of Choice’s many years of experience in the extended stay arena, with a focus on the guest experience and a high-quality, stylish product. The Everhome Suites Corona represents the first of at least 10 Everhome Suites we plan to build in Southern California, with five already in various stages of development currently.”
Hotel Management & Consulting will manage the Everhome Suites Corona.
SAN reported last month Choice Hotels had teamed up with real estate investment firm ServiceStar Capital Management to develop 21 Everhome Suites across the US.
Other Southern California Everhome Suites under development include sites in Temecula, Ontario, Fontana, Simi Valley and Bellflower.
