UK: Flying Butler Apartments has added serviced apartments in Kensington and Canning Town.
Both London buildings will be open for bookings this month, and from part of Flying Butler Apartments’ portfolio growth strategy of 120 new units in 2022.
“The addition of these two serviced apartment buildings is another exciting step forward in growing Flying Butler Apartments’ portfolio and brand presence in London and across England. We are continuing to create a network of spacious, home-away from home, elegantly designed accommodation solutions across the key business and leisure hubs in the country,” said CEO Dominic Sherry.
Flying Butler Kensington is set in a Victorian townhouse, in a quiet residential street in the heart of Kensington. It features one- and two-bedroom apartments, some with private outside space. The property is close to Earl’s Court and Gloucester Road underground stations and a short walk to High Street Kensington.
The second launch is in Canning Town, which has benefitted from a £3.7 billion regeneration project in recent years. All one-, two and three- bedroom apartments offer private balcony space, and a penthouse suite boasts a substantial terrace with panoramic city views. Amenities also include a lift for higher floors, bike racks for guests and an underground car park. The London underground station is a four-minute walk with direct links to London Waterloo and London Bridge. Canning Town also benefits from the DLR with a direct connection to Canary Wharf and Bank.
