UK: Serviced apartment operator Flying Butler Apartments is undergoing an extensive rebrand and will be relaunching under a new name – Viridian Apartments.
The company says the decision to rebrand comes after a 25-year legacy of providing “convenient, comfortable, and well-connected serviced apartments to guests across London and the south-east”.
The name Viridian stems from the Latin expression, “Virtus Semper Viridis” which means “excellence is always flourishing and blooming”. This company says this reflects its ambitious growth plans as well as its commitment to creating “comfortable and thoughtfully designed living spaces where guests can recharge, relax and feel empowered”.
Viridian is also the name a bluish-green colour which will be the main element of the new brand’s colour palette.
“Today, we announce a new name that embodies our legacy, our future, and our commitment to all guests,” said Dominic Sherry, CEO of Viridian Apartments. “With our strong vision for growth and innovation, the time is right to build a differentiating and motivating brand name with a strong brand positioning and identity.”
The Viridian Apartments brand name and identity will be implemented across the company’s website, social media channels, and all other customer and guest touch points. The rebranding effort is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
