UK: Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments, which has 18 one and two-bed serviced apartments, has been acquired by building owner, SJM Properties.
SJM Properties specialises in student and professional accommodation, renting flats, apartments and houses, especially in the areas around Headingley and Hyde Park – where students want to live.
The Harrogate Lifestyle Apartments are on the Kings Road in Harrogate, close to the town centre and have been open since 2017 offering accommodation for leisure travellers staying a little longer than the traditional hotel guest.
Following the acquisition, the general manager of the apartments, Jessica Lister, has been promoted to director under the new owners.
Lister said: “I am pleased to say we are a business who will always be committed to our wonderful guests that still need a place to stay in Harrogate North Yorkshire for work, for leisure and often somewhere to live between renting or buying a home in Harrogate. Our team remains optimistic and dedicated to making every visitor’s time in Harrogate a special one.”
