US: Chartwell Hospitality has finished its dual brand Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites development in Nashville.
The 172-room Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites dual brand hotel is part of the mixed use development Parke West.
There will be 103 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and 69 suites at the Home2 Suites.
Chartwell Hospitality EVP Will Schaedle said: “We are proud to complete the development of these two new hotels. We think these two hotels, and the overall Parke West development, will be a great new asset for the West End neighbourhood. This hotel is very close to Vanderbilt University and some of the city’s top employers. The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites West End will provide both leisure and business travellers with new upscale lodging options.”
Guests of both properties can enjoy a rooftop pool, a lobby bar and restaurant, and make use of flexible meeting space.
There is a car park on the development for 452 vehicles.
The dual brand hotel is slated to open in early November.
Florida opened a Home2 Suites in August this year.
