UK: International Hospitality Media, the publisher of Serviced Apartment News, has launched its latest editorial website – Urban Living News.
Urban Living News focuses on the evolving urban development sector, with an emphasis on converging asset classes and the wider living markets. It brings you the latest news and opinion from leaders in mixed-use developments, hospitality, coliving, coworking, BTR, PBSA, senior living and more.
Overseen by IHM editor-in-chief George Sell, Urban Living News has been launched to serve the new audiences IHM has reached over the last two years through its Urban Living Festival event and Urban Living webinar series, which has attracted more than 20,000 registrations since it was launched in May 2020.
“We are delighted to launch ULN, which enables us to have a year-round interaction with the new sectors we have so successfully moved in to with our webinar series. Urban development is at a fascinating stage of its evolution, with asset classes converging, mixed-use developments flourishing and sustainability becoming ever more important. It’s going to be a lot of fun reflecting the ever-changing way the built environment adapts to how people work, live and stay, all through our unique Urban Living prism,” said Sell.
