UK: Hospitality and leisure company Aceforce will open the Breckfield Aparthotel, located above Turpins pub close to Liverpool Football Club’s Anfield Stadium, this winter.
Aceforce acquired the site in 2020, which has since undergone a renovation and will soon reopen as the Breckfield Aparthotel. It joins 19 Rodney Street Apartments and the Belvedere Aparthotel, which opened in autumn last year.
Breckfield Aparthotel offers a range of accommodation with rooms sleeping between four and 10 people. All units come with a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.
Lillian Stevens, general manager of the Breckfield Aparthotel, said: “It is really important for us to create an affordable location for guests, whilst ensuring their needs are catered to. And for those who want a rest after an exciting day, our rooms are fully soundproofed.”
She added: “We know that more and more guests want to attend match days with somewhere convenient, and affordable to stay, and so the team have been determined to provide high-quality accommodation that meets their needs. Being located above the famous Turpins is a bonus – it means that guests can call in before, or after, a game – or both!”
The property is located at 133 Rishton Street, Liverpool.
