Adagio boosts European pipeline

France: Aparthotels Adagio has announced several recent openings and new signings, including the Adagio Aparthotel Lille Centre Grand Place, Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation, and new properties in Germany.

2019 has been described as “a year of tremendous growth in Europe for the Aparthotels Adagio portfolio”; with the announcement of several new aparthotels to begin construction.

The Aparthotel Adagio Paris Nation is the highest wooden structure in Paris. Located near Place de la Nation, the aparthotel opened its doors on 17 December and consists of 118 apartments on six levels; 82 studios and 36 two-room apartments, a swimming pool, gym and laundry services.

Other recent openings include the Adagio Aparthotel Lille Centre Grand Place, which opened on September 16th, 2019. Located close to the Lille Europe and Lille Flandres train stations and the Rihour metro station, the property consists of 79 apartments, which can accommodate from one to four people.

A brand-new aparthotel, Adagio access Hamburg Mühlendamm, is planned to begin construction in 2020, with the proposed development to include 148 studios and apartments. Located on the site of a former office building, the aparthotel will be 15 minutes by train to the heart of Hamburg city centre, with easy access to Außenalster waterfront.

Other upcoming openings include Doha in June 2020. Over the next couple of years, Adagio aparthotels are also planned for Brussels, Kiel, London, Suresnes, Zurich, Glasgow, Dubai, Krakow, Friborg, and Sochi, Russia.

By the end of 2019, Aparthotels Adagio will have opened 13,000 apartments in 13 different countries, with further expansions planned on an international scale.
