Germany/France: European aparthotel brand Adagio has opened two properties in Paris and Heidelberg under its Original range.
Adagio Original Heidelberg marks the eleventh property in Germany for the group. Located in the city centre close to the main train station, it also stands as the brand’s flagship in Germany.
The aparthotel offers 120 studios and 42 one-bedroom units. For families or group bookings, 20 apartments feature connecting doors, and 16 are fully accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Occupying the entire ground floor, Adagio’s communal space ‘The Circle’ offers semi-private spaces, lounges, and workstations. A shared kitchen is also available for communal cooking.
Additional amenities include the Adagio Shop, as well as a ‘Library of Things’ which allows guests to personalise their apartments.
Xavier Desaulles, CEO Adagio, said: “With this eleventh aparthotel in Germany, Adago demonstrates its commitment to accelerating its geographic expansion. This aparthotel reflects Adagio’s ambition and customer promise: guests will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, a high level of service, and a particularly refined design. It offers significant added value for all our clients. This is the strength of the Adagio model, which enables us to consolidate our European leadership in the aparthotel segment.”
The Adagio Original Paris Boulogne offers 101 units, including 78 studios and 23 one-bedroom apartments. Many apartments have a terrace or balcony.
A kids corner forms part of ‘The Circle’ at the Paris aparthotel. Additional facilities include a car park with EV charging stations.
Desaulles added: “The opening of the Adagio Original Paris Boulogne, a few days before the Olympic and Paralympic Games, is very symbolic. It shows our ambition for development. Everything Adagio can be found here: high-quality services, a design inspired by the local setting, an assumed urban and modern identity. Everything is gathered to fully experience the city! All my thanks go to the Kermen company which, in addition to that of Vincennes, will operate this fabulous site.”
