UK: Adagio Aparthotels has opened a 59-key property in Sutton, south London.
Adagio London Sutton Point is the brand’s seventh UK property and third aparthotel in London.
Located a short walk from Sutton Station and Sutton High Street, the Adagio London Sutton Point Aparthotel is ideal for both short- and long-term stays. The property features 59 apartments, all equipped with a living room with sofa and television, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, an office area, and a bathroom.
It features ‘The Circle’ lobby concept (grocery shop, lounge, object library) which provides a hybrid space. Residents at the aparthotel can also enjoy the use of a private gym.
The architectural design of the four-star aparthotel was devised by British interior designer Philip Watts. It incorporates raw materials often associated with industrial settings such as concrete and black metal, along with muted colours.
Other UK Adagio properties are in London Stratford, London Brentford, Leicester, Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Liverpool.
