Aimbridge signs five Marriott properties under Three Wall Capital

US: Hospitality management company Aimbridge has signed five Marriott properties located in the United States that have been recently acquired by Three Wall Capital.

The properties represent 642 keys and will be managed through the select service division at Aimbridge. 

It builds on a four-year partnership between Aimbridge and Three Wall Capital, bringing the total number of assets under management to nearly 80 extended stay, select service, and full service properties. 

The new additions include:

• Residence Inn Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District; Glendale, AZ

• Springhill Suites Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District; Glendale, AZ

• Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Plantation; Plantation, FL

• Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale SW Miramar; Miramar, FL

• Courtyard Fort Lauderdale SW Miramar; Miramar, FL

Three Wall Capital is a New York-based investment group focused on hospitality real estate. The company’s primary strategy is to acquire extended stay hotels in secondary and tertiary markets. 

Its current portfolio represents 83 hotels – 75 of which are extended stay properties.
