US: The 30-acre upscale development Ariva Luxury Residences has been named as the official luxury apartments of American football team Las Vegas Raiders.
Ariva Luxury Residences debuted in 2023 along Las Vegas Boulevard South.
Featuring a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments across 754 units, the site also offers four pools, two spas, a fitness centre, yoga and cycle studio, basketball and sand volleyball courts, nine indoor/outdoor resident lounges, an event garden, outdoor fire pits and barbecues, a theatre lounge with a bar, a clubhouse with foosball and billiard tables, and a conference room and business centre.
Earlier this year, Ariva added a collection of serviced apartments to its offering, available for extended stays of 31 days or more.
