US: The 30-acre apartment home development Ariva Luxury Residences in Las Vegas has launched a collection of extended stay apartments called Ariva Serviced Residences.
Located in the south Las Vegas corridor on Las Vegas Boulevard, Ariva Serviced Residences are available for stays from 31 days or more.
The residences range in size from one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as multi-bedroom penthouses.
All open-concept residences come with fully equipped kitchens with Quartz countertops, as well as washers and dryers. Amenities include Frette bedding, Grown Alchemist bath products, Smart TVs, Nespresso machines and cooking appliances. Kitchens are stocked with cookware, glassware and cutlery.
Guests will also have access to Ariva Luxury Residences resort, including nine indoor and outdoor resident lounges, four pools, two spas, a pet park, and a lawn with barbecue grills and picnic tables. An event stage hosts live music performances.
Health and fitness facilities include a yoga and cycling studio, fitness centre, and basketball and sand volleyball courts. A games room with billiards, foosball and ping pong tables, as well as a screening room, is also available.
Ariva Luxury Residences officially debuted in June 2023. Cushman & Wakefield manages the 754-unit site which is owned by Silicon Valley-based WTI Inc.
