Arizona extended stay

US: Developer HighSide Companies has broken ground on an Everhome Suites extended stay hotel in Glendale, Arizona.

HighSide Companies is a Denver-based development firm with more than 100 years of commercial real estate experience. It currently has six Everhome Suites hotels completed or under construction, and additional projects in the due diligence phase.

Expected to open Q3 of 2024, the four-storey, 122-room hotel is near Luke Air Force Base, Boswell Medical Center, State Farm Stadium, and the Loop 101.

Everhome Suites opened its first location in 2022 and currently has more than 60 properties in the pipeline.
