ASAP has assessed the service SACO provides across three broad criteria of health & safety, guest experience and quality, with specific attention on apartment comfort and the bed in particular, as well as housekeeping and cleanliness.
SACO was praised for its consistent level of customer service, safety, apartment maintenance and quality and comfort throughout its operated apartments. It was also credited for demonstrating a strong drive for health and safety standards in its 191 partner locations with clear and honest descriptions.
