SINGAPORE: Ascott has opened its Citadines Raffles Place in Singapore with 299 apartments.
Ascott signed deals for the management of two properties in 2017 – which were to be Citadines Raffles Place Singapore and Citadines Rochor Singapore. Both properties were due to open in 2020/2021 but were delayed because of the pandemic.
Citadines Raffles Place Singapore offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as loft apartments and will be the flagship for the recently announced refresh of the Citadines brand, with signature elements.
Guests can make use of the lobby for work or socials, and a residents’ kitchen as well as private rooms for hosting dinners and meetings.
There is a fitness suite on level 9 of the building with a swimming pool as well as a 400m running track.
In the development there is also the Green Oasis, which offers mixed use spaces including an amphitheatre, a yoga area, jungle gyms, and work pods.
Citadines Raffles Place Singapore is located close to Raffles Place MRT station, and a five-minute walk to the vibrant area of Boat Quay.
Ascott has opened a few properties in Singapore this year, adding 846 units to its portfolio: lyf Funan Singapore, Citadines Balestier Singapore and Ji Hotel Orchard Singapore. Citadines Rochor Singapore is due to open in December.
