Switzerland: Serviced apartment provider At Home Switzerland has rebranded to Cityus as the company expands across Europe.
Cityus, formerly known as At Home Switzerland, was founded in 2015 by commercial and real estate lawyer Bella Nokes, when she relocated to Switzerland.
Having begun operations in southern Switzerland, the company expanded to the north of the country in locations such as Lucerne, Zug and Zurich before extending to European cities such as Paris, Luxembourg and Dublin.
The rebranding and renaming to Cityus – “You’re home, in any city” – aims to communicate the company’s growth outside of Switzerland and its European presence.
Nokes said: “We saw the decision to change our name and identity as a natural step in our growth, to reinforce our values and promote our ambition to become one of Europe’s leading serviced apartment providers. The name change is bold and individual, reflecting our dedication to persistent adaptation and innovation. In an era when trends in global mobility are constantly evolving aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention, and keeping costs reasonable, the significance of flexible temporary living solutions cannot be overstated.”
Cityus has recently been awarded the EcoVadis gold medal achievement, placing it amongst the top five per cent of all rated companies in 2023.
