Estonia: Tech-powered hospitality operator Bob W has opened its fourth aparthotel in Tallinn, located in the city’s Arter Quarter.
Bob W Kesklinn is housed in a nine-storey building, offering a range of apartment sizes from studio to three-bedroom. Guests will be supported by a digital front desk and app with 24/7 remote customer service.
In addition to the aparthotel, Arter Quarter will also feature 312,000 square-feet of office space and more than 64,500 square-feet of catering and service space across two more 28- and 15-storey buildings respectively. Developer Kapital has achieved BREEAM Excellent rating for each of its buildings in the Quarter.
Bob W guests will have access to a range of amenities across the Arter Quarter, including meeting rooms, a library, courtyards, cafés and a rooftop garden. Other facilities include a sports club with a swimming pool, saunas and an outdoor terrace, health and beauty services and childcare.
