UK: Family-run Cornish hotel Carbis Bay Estate has expanded its collection of luxury serviced accommodation with the launch Treloyhan Residences.

Set across 125 acres, the estate features the Main House hotel with dining and meeting facilities, a spa, a selection of beach lodges, the Beach Club restaurant, as well as a range of serviced apartments and cottages.

Treloyhan Residences marks the latest addition to the estate’s accommodation, located between Carbis Bay and St Ives.

It offers 18 residences and townhouses ranging from one to three-bedrooms, supported by a concierge team which can assist with pre-stocking apartments, private chefs, restaurant and spa bookings, and a number of off-site experiences such as local tours and leisure activities.

The Treloyhan Residences will be marketed and managed by the estate on behalf of its owners. All guests of the residences will have full use of the estate’s facilities.

Stephen Baker, owner of Carbis Bay Estate, said: “We are delighted to be expanding our serviced accommodation offering with this wonderful building that sits well alongside our existing portfolio. It is vital to us that our guests experience the same level of luxury and outstanding service throughout the estate, and with the launch of Treloyhan we are excited to showcase the best of Carbis Bay under our new Carbis Bay Collection brand.”
