UK: Operator Charles Hope Apartments has launched its latest offering in Hove, Brighton.
Charles Hope Hove offers 10 units ranging from one to two-bedroom apartments, with some of the larger apartments also providing a balcony.
Each unit comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, a shower or bath, washer and dryer, and Smart TVs. Housekeeping is included, and pets are allowed on arrangement.
The apartments are located within the Moda, Hove Central build-to-rent development. The project comprises six buildings, featuring 824 rental homes including 564 BTR apartments.
Moda Group, the investor, developer, and operator behind the scheme, officially launched the site earlier in March this year.
Guests of Charles Hope will have access to amenities within the Moda development, including a gym with bookable personal trainer sessions, a dance and yoga studio, co-working spaces, residents’ lounges, private dining rooms, a cinema room, roof terrace and a BBQ area.
