UK/SA: Serviced apartment operator Charles Hope has opened an office in Cape Town, South Africa, as well as four sites in the UK.
Charles Hope ended 2023 with four new serviced apartment locations launched across the United Kingdom. These include:
• Southampton Waterside by Charles Hope – featuring three apartment types all with a private balcony. Facilities include a gym, residence lounge, coworking spaces and a residence terrace.
• London Croydon by Charles Hope – offering a range of one and two-bedroom apartments as well as a penthouse. Amenities include a kitchen and a living area.
• Plymouth by Charles Hope – one-bedroom units each with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchens.
• Staines Riverside by Charles Hope – offering a range of one and two-bedroom apartments with fully furnished kitchens, an open-plan living area, dining space, and a private balcony.
The Charles Hope team also opened an international office in Cape Town, South Africa. It is used by a full-time guest relations and reservations team.
