India: CHD Developers has launched its Y Suites project, described as a brand targeting guests aged 25 to 40.

The sites will feature green and ecologically sustainable design and features, high security levels and pay-per-use on-call services including housekeeping, butler, chef, driver, laundry, shoe polishing, concierge, language translator and more.
There are three variants in Y suites: YOLO, Vanilla and Classic, each 709 square feet in size. YOLO units are furnished smart suites variant with ready to plug and play devices, smart app and voice controlled intelligent home features. The Vanilla variant are air-conditioned, finished suites and lastly, there is Classic – described as “the original suites”.
The project is located on Sohna-Gurgaon road on the upcoming Sohna – Gurgaon Elevated corridor and is the first development on the Sohna Masterplan. It enjoys excellent connectivity to NH 8, Southern Peripheral Road and the Dwarka Expressway. KMP Expressway and the upcoming Delhi-Mumbai Expressway are also easily accessible from the project.
