UK: Cheval Collections has opened its ninth London property, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison in Kensington.

The six-floor property includes 30 apartments, which range from one to two bedrooms. The rooms each fit one of three themes: “Racing Green,” “Luxurious Glamorous Red,” and “Cool Neutral Equestrian,” which are each meant to represent the history of the property’s location in South Kensington.

Apartments can be booked for any length of stay, with rates starting at £260 per night, and are meant to attract all types of travellers, including relocations, business, and leisure travellers.

Lexham Gardens includes many modern features including a ground floor reception, a landscaped atrium garden, and a fitness centre with Precor equipment.

Prior to opening, the building underwent renovations led by Guarnieri Architects and interior design led by MojoConcept, Monika Tyborowska’s design studio.

Chief operating officer of Cheval Collection, John Phillipson, said: “We are very excited that the much-anticipated Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison has just opened. This new residence is already proving to be highly successful, with very promising levels of occupancy in its first weeks of operation. The apartments are superbly located, just moments from Royal Parks, The National History Museum and vibrant Kensington, with easy access to public transport from Gloucester Road and Earl’s Court. We have led the way in hospitality for over 39 years and I’m confident with this opening and our continued growth development, our loyal customer base, and last but not least, our incredible employees, this will continue through 2021 and into 2022.”

Cheval Collections, which operates both Cheval Maison and Cheval Residences, now operates nine properties in London and other properties throughout Europe. Besides the new edition of Lexham Gardens, the company has also undergone recent growth in Edinburgh.
