UK: Cheval Residences has unveiled three newly refurbished, long stay (three months or more), one-bedroom apartments at 29-31 Cheval Place, part of Cheval Knightsbridge.
The acquisition of these three new apartments further consolidates Cheval Knightsbridge’s offering, with an independent block of three one-bedroom apartments that can also be sold as a self-contained unit. Cheval‘s most recent acquisition continues to meet the growing demand in the corporate relocation market for high quality accommodation for medium to long lengths of stay.
Designed by Cheval Property Management Limited’s design team, the refurbishment includes n tiled marble in the bathrooms with Hansgrohe amenities and under floor heating. The bedrooms have Velfac windows creating a light and spacious feel, and bespoke joinery for bedroom wardrobes and TV units. The kitchens have Wi-Fi enabled ovens, as well as German Hacker kitchens with Siemens appliances. All areas are finished with artist Lucie Sheridan’s colourful and contemporary illustrative prints.
All three new apartments are fully air conditioned and feature Nespresso machines, complimentary housekeeping service and change of linen and towels once a week, complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs with basic Sky channels, as well as free gym membership at Aquilla Health Club. The apartments are also pet friendly.
