Switzerland: Flexible serviced apartment brand City Pop has promoted Pawel Gawor from COO to CEO.
Under Gawor’s leadership, the company will launch in new European locations between now and 2025. He will oversee a portfolio of about 3,000 apartments across four countries.
Having first joined City Pop in 2021, Gawor has held the role of chief operating officer and head of expansion until now. Prior to this, Gawor gained international experience in the serviced apartment industry working across operational roles and strategic positions.
Gawor said: “Stepping into the role of CEO at this crucial moment fills me with great honour. As we set our sights on becoming a dominant force in the European market for temporary accommodation and micro-living, starting from Switzerland, the journey ahead is nothing short of exhilarating.
“With our remarkably innovative product and a team fuelled by an insatiable hunger for success, leading City Pop is a truly electrifying experience. The perfect fusion of our dynamic team and ground breaking products sets the stage for an extraordinary voyage that promises to leave an indelible mark.”
