UK: Located in Manchester’s Embankment West, CitySuites Two is set to launch this October offering 142 apartments.
The new purpose-built aparthotel on New Kings Head Yard will be adjacent to the original CitySuites.
Apartments range from studios (33.5 square metres) up to three-bedrooms (105.8 square metres), and include Mattison beds, fully fitted kitchens with oven, hob and fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and a Sky Premium TV package.
Five luxury penthouses, occupying the top three floors of the building, will feature floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the Manchester Cathedral. Each penthouse will come with SieMatic kitchens, BORA ovens, Lutron electric blinds, home theatre lighting systems, and Bang & Olufsen sound systems.
The largest of the penthouses – a three-bedroom duplex spread across the sixteenth and seventeenth floors – will feature a wrap-around balcony.
Services at the property include housekeeping, 24-hour concierge, laundry and dry-cleaning, with amenities such as residents’ only coworking spaces, a spa pool and steam room, and a 24-hour gym with weekly classes.
One meeting room will be available for guests to book, whereas The Lounge provides a communal open-plan area. Although the property does not feature a restaurant, it will offer a bar and self-service coffee machine. Guests are encouraged to visit the original CitySuites to dine at the restaurant Embankment Kitchen.
