US: Stay Sojo has partnered with Gifts for Good to help children living in poverty
Recently rebranded corporate housing venture Stay Sojo, by Mainsail Lodging & Development, will donate a meal to a child in need for every stay booked.
Both business and leisure travellers staying with Stay Sojo will receive an in-kind donation card thanking them for their gift.
Jana Collier, managing partner of Stay Sojo said: “We strongly believe we have the power to make a difference; whether big or small, together, we can impact the lives of many. Each time we welcome a guest to their new home, we share the excitement of their choice to stay with us by contributing to our chosen social good, making a positive impact on a child’s life.”
Gifts for Good supports a wide range of nonprofits and charitable causes including children living in poverty, for whom they provide ongoing nutritional support and life saving meals.
With nearly one in six children in the US experiencing poverty, Gifts for Good provides more than 90,000 meals to children in need.
Melissa Mitchell, director of sales for Stay Sojo said: “We all have a responsibility to the greater good; to helping others and being kind in ways that impact our communities for the better. I’m proud to work with a company like Gifts for Good that shares that belief on a local and global scale, and excited to welcome each Stay Sojo guest to participate in this growing community of helpers.”
Stay Sojo was created by Mainsail and offers short and extended stay options in fully furnished one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes in more than 100 cities across the US.
