UK: Serviced apartment provider Cotels has expanded its portfolio with a building in Derby called The Millhouse.
The Millhouse serviced apartments offer one and two-bedroom units located close to Derby City Centre.
Each apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen including washing facilities and built-in appliances. Living and dining areas feature 55” Smart TVs and dedicated workspaces.
Bedrooms offer king-sized beds, storage, a dressing table and bathroom. Depending on the apartment size, some bathrooms are ensuite with bath and shower facilities. One of the apartments also provides a balcony.
An allocated parking bay is available at all the units, which are located within a private, gated development.
