UK: Hospitality management company Cycas has appointed three members to its leadership team.
Keith Griffiths takes a chief operating officer role at Cycas Hospitality. He previously held senior roles as CEO of Atlas and Starboard Hotels.
Griffiths will lead the operational divisions across the UK and Ireland, working alongside Julia Harnischfeger who oversees the group’s continental Europe portfolio.
He said: “Cycas is an outstanding company with a stunning portfolio of branded and independent properties. I’m very much looking forward to helping achieve Cycas’ ambitious goals for hotel performance, talent development and further growth.”
Jason Wischhoff joins Cycas as chief development officer. Most recently, he served as managing director of the Japanese restaurant brand Benihana under Minor International.
Previously, Wischhoff has held development roles with companies including Dream hotel Group, Accor, and Wyndham.
Wischhoff said: “With an eye for detail in development, and a passion for F&B and in the hospitality sector, I’m truly excited to be part of a company which provides opportunities to drive growth across all these elements. I’m looking forwards to spearheading Cycas’ expansion across Europe, bringing on board even more amazing Cycadettes on this journey with us, and working with our great investment partners and global hotel brands.”
Rosa Ceparano joins Cycas as chief financial officer, leading a team of over 60 across Europe. Based in Amsterdam, Ceparano formerly held positions at Hotel Co 51 and Vastint Hospitality.
Ceparano added: “I am thrilled to be joining Cycas Hospitality as CFO, as the company continues its impressive growth across Europe. I am very excited by the market & sector opportunities and to help achieve the company’s next chapter of growth and transformation by superior financial and operational execution in the years ahead.”
