UAE: Damac Properties’ Naia Tenore development development in Dubai South is set to complete within six months.

The building will provide the first luxury serviced hotel apartments to be delivered in Dubai’s flagship megaproject.

Naia Tenora is a 10-storey, 270-unit tower in the heart of Dubai South, and is expected to provide accommodation for professionals working to build the Expo 2020 site.

It will be part of the planned 145 square kilometre city, recently rebranded as Dubai South, being built around the new Al Maktoum International Airport.

“Dubai South is the real pearl in the expansion plans for Dubai and Naia Tenora will sit right at the heart of this exciting project,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac Properties. “This serviced living concept will provide everything you would expect from a five-star hotel, with access and convenience alongside luxury living.”

The development will include restaurants and a gym, and investors will be able to add units to a rental pool.

Damac also plans a second serviced apartment project in Dubai South, called Naia Celestia, which is scheduled for completion in 2017.
