The rooms in the Hilton Garden Inn are designed for both business and leisure travellers.
The rooms in Homewood Suites are designed for extended stays, offering both studios and one- or two-bedroom suites. Rooms also come with large living spaces, kitchens, and large bathrooms. Guests at the Homewood Suites also receive complimentary breakfast and evening social hour three days a week.
Guests staying at either hotel have access to a fitness centre, an indoor pool, a business centre, a grab-and-go market, indoor parking, and complimentary WIFI. Guests also have access to contactless digital check-in.
The property has a variety of event spaces including a ballroom with 16 windows, an outdoor terrace, and meeting rooms, which can all be reached by a grand staircase in the lobby. Events in the hotel will have catering overseen by Brera Catering.
The property is owned by Joe and Sam Scalia of Devmont Construction and is managed by Urgo Hotels & Resorts Canada.
Architex Group was in charge of architectural design, and Blazysgerard and Atelier Zebulon Perron were in charge of interior design. Work created by Montréal artist Carmelo Blandino is represented on the exterior of the building.
