UK: Daniel Craig Residential has launched serviced apartments in the Grade II listed 52 Old Elvet building in Durham.

Formerly the Durham County Club, the building has been sympathetically restored and converted in to one- and two-bedroom apartments. One apartment still has a vintage cooking range and a wooden staircase which runs throughout the building.

Daniel Gibson, who runs Daniel Craig Residential, said: “The 12 apartments offer all the comforts of home in a really stylish setting. They are perfect for corporate guests who need space to work as well as relax and don’t want to spend week after week in a hotel. At the same time, they are also proving very popular with families who may be coming to visit their children at university or need a base from which to explore the area. They really do offer the ideal solution for anyone needing to stay in or near to Durham.”
