Thailand: Hotel and property developer Dusit International has signed an agreement with real estate company King Square Development Co., Ltd to manage the Dusit Suites Kingsquare and KingsQuare Residence in Bangkok.
The upscale hotel, serviced apartment and luxury residential project is expected to open in 2026.
Located on Rama 3 Road next to King’s College International School Bangkok, Dusit Suites Kingsquare and KingsQuare Residence form part of a brand-new lifestyle complex that will also include a shopping centre.
Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok will comprise 60 hotel rooms and 49 serviced suites, catering to both short and long-stay guests.
Amenities at the property include a swimming pool, kid’s club, coworking space, and an all-day dining restaurant. A meeting room and private lounge is also available for flexible use.
Alongside the hotel, Dusit will manage the luxury KingsQuare Residence. The 52-storey tower offers 222 residences ranging from one-bedroom units to three-bedroom homes, as well as penthouse and duplex penthouse options.
Facilities include a swimming pool and barbecue terrace, a communal kitchen and private dining space, a kids’ playroom with adjoining lawn, a basketball court, and private meeting space. On-demand Dusit services include housekeeping, laundry, and 24-hour concierge.

Dusit Suites Kingsquare, Bangkok marks the ninth hotel in Bangkok to be managed by Dusit, and the company’s second in the city to combine a hotel and serviced suites.
Globally, Dusit‘s portfolio comprises 301 properties operating across 18 countries. This includes 57 properties operating under Dusit Hotels & Resorts and 244 luxury villas under Elite Havens.
More than 60 Dusit hotels and resorts are in the pipeline.
