US: Dwel Serviced Residences has partnered with PN Hoffman to create a boutique furnished apartment leasing program at The Banks building in Washington DC.
Under the terms of the agreement, Dwel will be the only company to offer fully furnished, corporate apartments at The Banks.
“Development in Southwest DC is and continues to be transformative,” said Dwel’s founder, Rob McDaniel. “It enhances the vibrant existing community in the Southwest waterfront. The area presents a great opportunity for us to continue our DC expansion.”
Managed by Bozzuto, The Banks is described as “a boutique apartment community and a true architectural gem connecting the Southwest neighborhood to The Wharf”.
“Like Dwel, PN Hoffman is a forward thinking, innovative company and we are very excited to have been selected to partner with them at The Banks,” added McDaniel.
Dwel @ The Banks will feature apartment interiors that are designed and furnished by Klever Living. Curated furnishings will feature a mid-century modern look and feel, eclectic art, Klever beds with luxury linens and the company’s proprietary mattresses that are handcrafted in Virginia. HD Smart TVs, super hi-speed Wi-Fi and William Roam bath amenities are standard and complimentary in each apartment.
Amenities include a 24-hour onsite concierge, rooftop communal space with views of the Washington Channel, Washington Monument and Capitol dome, fitness centre, pet spa, and The Goddard School, a private pre-school and day-care that focuses on early child education.
