UAE: Marriott’s Element Hotels brand has opened a 269-key property in Dubai’s Al Jaddaf neighbourhood.
“Element is a recognised industry leader in the longer-stay eco space and is designed to empower guests to stay in their element while traveling,” said Guido de Wilde, COO – Middle East, Marriott International. “Element Al Jaddaf marks the opening of the second Element in the UAE and we are delighted to further amplify the brand’s eco-ethos and fresh approach to the extended stay segment in the country.”
Element Al Jaddaf features 269 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, each with a signature Heavenly bed, a spa-inspired bathroom, oversized closets, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The property features a business centre with three meeting rooms, fitness centre, and rooftop panoramic freshwater pool.
Located in Dubai’s Creekside neighbourhood of Al Jaddaf, the hotel is in close proximity to DIFC, Deira, and Dubai International Airport, and is near Dubai Mall, the Dubai Frame and the Museum of the Future.
“I am extremely proud to welcome the first guests to Element Al Jaddaf,” said Richard Bleakley, multi-property general manager. “There is notable interest in fully serviced hotel apartments, from longer staying guests, families seeking a flexible hotel product and business travellers. The team and I are looking forward to delivering the Element experience.”
