Worldwide: Entries for the 10th edition of the global Serviced Apartment Awards 2025 have opened, with a deadline of 21 March 2025 at 23:59 pm GMT.
The Serviced Apartment Awards are held annually in London and celebrates the global serviced apartment, aparthotel, and extended stay hotel industry.
For 2025, the 10th edition of the awards will be hosted on 13 May at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane. The black tie ceremony will recognise and reward the very best in the industry, as well as highlight innovation and best practice.
There are 19 award categories available, all of which are no-cost to enter. A new category has also been introduced for the 2025 awards:
• Best hotel with serviced apartments or branded residences
Categories are judged independently by a panel of industry experts. Shortlists are expected in April 2025.

• Best operator 51 to 200 units

• Best property 1 to 20 units
• Best property 21 to 70 units
• Best property 71+ units
• Best architecture/exterior design
• Best interior design
• Best marketing/branding campaign

• Best flex rental operator
• Innovative use of technology
• Best intermediary
• ESG award – operator or property
• ESG award – supplier or service provider
• Rising Star
• Industry Inspiration
• Team of the Year
• Outstanding Achievement
Nominations for the people awards – Rising Star, Industry Inspiration and Team of the Year – are open to anyone working in the extended stay industry. Readers of SAN will have the opportunity to vote for their winners once the shortlists have been decided.
The Outstanding Achievement award is an exclusive accolade decided by the SAN team.
