US: Choice Hotels’ extended stay brand Everhome Suites has expanded to three locations in Texas, Kansas and Kentucky.
All three properties, which are now under construction, are being developed in partnership with Highside Companies.
Everhome Suites Bowling Green and Everhome Suites San Antonio will both offer 115 rooms and are expected to open in November 2025.
Everhome Suites Wichita will have 123 rooms and is expected to open in the autumn of 2025.

Overall, Choice Hotels has four Everhome Suites open, with 65 in the pipeline and more than 20 under construction. 15 projects are expected to open within the next 12 months.
As of H2 2024, Choice has nearly 400 hotels in the pipeline across four extended stay brands.
