US: Choice Hotels’ extended stay brand Everhome Suites has opened in Lexington, Kentucky, marking the fourth property in the brand portfolio.
Everhome Suites Lexington North is a four-storey, 114-room hotel developed by New Circle Investments and managed by H&W Hotels.
Due to the property’s close location to sporting and gaming venues, the hotel features a mural paying tribute to a local college basketball team, created by OSRS.

Last week, three groundbreakings were made in New Hampshire, New York and New Jersey.
Over 60 Everhome Suites are now in development, with 20 under construction and more than 10 expected to open within the next year.
