US: Choice Hotels has expanded its extended stay brand Everhome Suites with three groundbreakings in New Hampshire, New York and New Jersey.
Developed in partnership with Highside Companies, the three projects will add 334 rooms to the Everhome Suites portfolio.
One of the properties is expected to open in spring next year, located in Rochester, New York. Following in summer 2025 is Everhome Suites Portsmouth in New Hampshire. Come autumn, the third project is expected to open in Somerset, New Jersey.
All properties will offer a fully equipped kitchen and a select number of premium one-bedroom suites with an in-room washer and dryer. Amenities include the HomeBase grocery market, multipurpose lobby, outdoor area with BBQ grills, fire pits, and pools at select locations, fitness centre, and laundry facilities.
