Fairmont opens first serviced residences in Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia: Luxury hotel brand Fairmont has opened its first serviced residences in Saudi Arabia, the Fairmont Ramla Serviced Residences Riyadh.

The 35-storey, 249-key property is located on King Fahd Roa and offers one-bedroom suites to four-bedroom penthouses. All apartments and suites feature fully equipped kitchens, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, hot plates/stove, cookware, washing machine, and dishwasher.

Amenities include two rooftop infinity pools, two gyms, a spa with a sauna and steam room, the Falcon Kids Club, eight F&B venues, four meeting rooms, and a cinema.

Dining options include the gourmet restaurant Jones the Grocer, The View Lounge, The Thirty-Five Lounge, The Pool Deck, lifestyle restaurant Ramla Terraza, steakhouse Brute, Japanese restaurant CLAP, and the Iris Cafe.

The property was jointly unveiled by Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in partnership with Naif AL Rajhi Investment and is now open to the public.
