UK: Flying Butler Apartments has launched a collection of serviced apartments in central Hammersmith, London.

Called Southerton Mews, the collection includes two-bedroom duplex apartments and one- and two-bedroom mews houses, which are now available to book.

Dominic Sherry, CEO at Flying Butler Apartments in the UK added: “Flying Butler Hammersmith – Southerton Mews is a very special launch for us. Completed in early 2023, the development offers brand new, stunning two-bedroom duplex and one- and two-bedroom mews-house apartments. The highly sought-after location, high spec finish and sustainability credentials offer the perfect accommodation solution for our corporate’s guests looking to stay centrally in the capital. This block is owned by Generation Living Solutions, a Jersey Private Fund sponsored by Rasmala Investment Bank, and will be managed by ourselves.”

The houses have private outside spaces with a terrace or balcony and are located less than five minutes away from Hammersmith underground station. The property is a gas-free development with air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, and a mechanical ventilation system with NOx filtration to filter polluted air.

Southerton Mews has also incorporated sustainable elements, including eco mattresses made from recycled marine plastic. The manufacturer pays charities to remove plastic from the ocean, then buys that plastic from them and turns it into mattresses. All the timber used in the supply chain is certified to FSC standards.
