The expansion plans follow news that Frasers will refurbish two of its properties in the UK. Fraser Suites Edinburgh will complete a floor-by-floor renovation of its apartments this year, and Fraser Place Canary Wharf is due to reveal a new lobby space this spring.
To celebrate 25 years in service, Frasers has also launched a year-long campaign to give away 300 free stays and a 25 per cent discount on stays starting from the 31st March.
Mark Chan, COO at Frasers Hospitality, said: “[The company’s] 25 years as a trusted name in service hospitality is especially pertinent now as the market for extended-stay accommodation grows as an outcome of changing travel needs. The rise of remote working, and growing demand for flexible leases as millennials and the next generation eschew conventional rental leases, all point to the resilience of serviced apartments.”
Eu Chin Fen, CEO at Frasers Hospitality, added: “We anticipate a new lifestyle, where individuals seek out spaces that allow them to grow and live life to the fullest, with a healthy balance of work and self-fulfilment. Frasers Hospitality is always looking at enhancing our products and services to align with this ethos. In fact, with new developments in store, our next journey will be an exciting one that we can’t wait to embark on as we write the next chapter of Frasers Hospitality.”
