Frasers Hospitality debuts Capri brand in Cambodia

Cambodia: Serviced and hotel residence provider Frasers Hospitality has debuted its Capri by Fraser brand in Cambodia with a property in Phnom Penh.

The 86-key property marks the debut opening in Cambodia for Frasers, with two additional projects in the pipeline. In wider Southeast Asia, there are 10 projects in the pipeline slated to open across Cambodia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam in the next five years.

Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh has been designed by CreateArchitecture. It features a mix of studio and one-bedroom units catering to both short and long-term stays.

Facilities include a social hub The Den, an all-day dining restaurant Caprilicious, rooftop bar Drinx, a 24/7 gym, and a self-service laundrette with interactive games.

Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh is the first of three properties owned by Singapore-based MSQM VCC, Cambodia real estate fund (SF1CRF) and long-standing partner, ZTH Co Ltd. 

To mark the opening, Frasers World members can receive 50 per cent off best flexible rates at Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh, with an additional 15 per cent discount at Caprilicious restaurant. 

Frasers Hospitality has a current portfolio of 20 properties with over 4,500 units in Southeast Asia.
