Frasers Hospitality plans to add 20 properties over next four years

APAC: Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of Frasers Property, outlines plans to add 20 properties to its portfolio over the next four years.

Frasers Hospitality opened three new properties in Bahrain, Chengdu and Shanghai in the first half of 2024.

More recently, the group launched Modena by Fraser Nansha Guangzhou on 1 July. The property features 150 fully furnished studios, one and two-bedroom suites, a restaurant, meeting rooms, recreation lounge, fitness centre and a yoga room.

In addition, Frasers revealed a partnership with YOTEL to launch the brand’s first property in Japan 2025. The site, located close to Tokyo Station, was acquired and developed by Frasers Hospitality.

Looking ahead, a further nine properties are scheduled to open under Frasers in the next two years across China and Vietnam. Over the next four years, the group will open a total of 20 properties.

Concurrently, we continue to deepen our presence in existing cities with more properties slated to open in the next few years, including Fraser Residence Taipei that we announced last month.”
