UK: SACO commercial director Ben Harper has been appointed to the board of the Institute of Travel Management.
Joining Harper on the board with immediate effect are American Express Global Business Travel senior director Martin Ferguson and Imogen Furness, executive director EMEA travel manager at Morgan Stanley.
Standing down from the ITM board are previous chairman Mark Cuschieri of UBS, Guy Snelgar of Travelport, and Scott Davies, who in September took over the role of ITM CEO.
ITM chairman Karen Hutchings said: “Our newest board directors bring a wealth of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the table. We are fortunate to have them on board and I’ve no doubt they will help drive the association forward over the coming years.”
ITM Board Directors are appointed for a two-year period, with the option to extend for a further two years. </p
