US: Q&A Residential Hotel, the first aparthotel from renowned serviced apartment provider Furnished Quarters, has announced that Johanna Bellaïche has been promoted to GM.
Bellaïche joined Furnished Quarters in November 2015 as hotel manager for Q&A.
Jason Antoniazzi, vice president of human resources at Furnished Quarters, said: “Johanna has provided leadership and guidance from pre-opening through the opening of Q&A, and has easily transitioned into her new role during a critical time. She has instilled the Furnished Quarters’ high level of guest service and team motivation into our newest venue and has contributed to its overall success. We are very happy to have her at the helm of Q&A.”
In her new role, Bellaïche will oversee management of the first Q&A Residential Hotel. Located in Manhattan’s Financial District, the hotel features accommodations that average three times larger than typical New York City hotel rooms as each suite is an apartment with a full-sized kitchen.
Bellaïche brings more than a decade of experience in the hospitality industry to her role at Furnished Quarters. She has previously worked at Gansevoort Hotel Group for Gansevoort Park Avenue and Gansevoort Meatpacking in New York.</p
