UK: Lamington Group has appointed Robert Ryan as head of property as it looks to roll out its room2 portfolio.
Ryan has previously worked at Whitbread Hotels Group and Travelodge creating and implementing growth strategies that delivered more than 10,000 bedrooms. More recently he has been involved in asset managing and developing hotels for landowners in London and around the UK.
At Lamington he will support in growing the room2 brand in the UK, helping with strategy development, through deal sourcing and negotiations, fundraising, design and delivery.
