US: Landing, a membership provider of flexible apartment living, has introduced Flex which enables corporate travellers to book open-ended stays.

Flex eliminates the need for members to specify an end date during the booking process, or requiring a multi-month contract. Members must provide Landing 14 days notice when vacating the apartment.

The new offer is available across Landing’s 20,000 apartments in over 375 cities across the United States for bookings from 30 days minimum. Apartments can be searched, reserved and managed via Landing’s online platform with the team communicating directly with corporate members.

Bill Smith, founder and CEO of Landing, said: “Until now, corporate housing has been a slog. Too often, professionals have had to deal with spotty availability, inconsistent quality, strict commitments, and a slow and painful booking process.

“Flex introduces unparalleled convenience to our corporate partners, providing them with complete control over their housing accommodations and the flexibility they need to manage shifting timelines. Having experienced skyrocketing demand among individual renters, expanding our offering to the business world is a natural step as we rethink how people will live, work, and travel in the future,” he added.

Landing launched in 2019 and provides all-inclusive apartment stays via a subscription. All apartments are fully-furnished and equipped with complete kitchens and appliances.
